If you are an employer or a recruiter you can sign up for recruit'n as a "recruiter" and you can post jobs for free. All of your friends on recruit'n will be notified and your posting will be seen many other places automatically including google base and indeed.com along with many other sites.

You can browse members based on location or industry. Adding other members in your industry or location will give you an opportunity to network and share information. If you are a jobs seeker it's a good idea to find all the recruiters in your industry or location and add them as a friend as this will help to keep you in the loop. If you are a recruiter adding candidates you may one day be interested in will give you immediate access to them when an opportunity comes available.

If you signed up with a Recruiter account you may post as many jobs as you'd like for free. You can do this by logging into your account and then going to the jobs section.

Post your resume

When creating your profile on Recruit'n you should definitely post your resume. This makes it a lot more likely that you will be contacted by an employer or recruiter. You can do this when your sign up or when you are logged into your account.
