I have typed several resumes only to run into two types of problems...the short version does not give details but highlights, and the long version is too long and no one wants to read it...Oh I wish I could ride my resume' like a surf board on the ocean waves and land in a great job. Based on my personality and ability and willingness to work. Pay is no matter, atmoshpere is!

I sit everyday and wonder why it isn't as easy to look good on paper as it is in person, you know... like why we can't just throw a lil bit of make-up on our resume and call it good.
