ESTATE MANAGER  $85K PLUS

A private family office for a high net worth executive requires a candidate who will bring high energy and become a valued part of a team working closely with a respected and influential member of the community and their business partners.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in similar residences.  Establish a mature, professional disposition and the ability to network in an affluent environment, must be extremely detail oriented, proven ability for entertaining at this prestigious level.  Engage domestic staff and provide on-going training for the household employees.  Prepare and administer the household budget.  Ability to independently handle all assigned duties, delegate the needs of the house and balance the needs of multiple household staff, personal assistants, security, vendors and contractors and create and maintain the house schedule and calendar.  Requirements are to have a BS/BA degree and 5 years experience in a high profile residential setting.
