Responsibilities of the Accounts Officer:-
1 General Club Accounts
2 Handle Budgets with Manager
3 Assist with Financial inputs and coordination for Organising Events and Meetings
4 Assist the Manager with preparation of Authority For Expenditure (AFE) documents for approval by the Finance Committee and the Board
5 Keep inventory and Controls
6 Liaise with Manager and Admin to meet budgetary expectations
7 Manage Members Club Accounts
8 Banking and other (when Available Investment) Liaisons
9 Liaison with other Clubs and Societies as might arise
10 Carry out other duties as directed by the Club Manager as the Club functions expand and activities increase in the future
11 Assist auditors as will be requested for regular audit of accounts.
