Successful Real Estate office looking for a full-time, reliable, experienced/semi-experienced front desk receptionist. Eligible candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills, have a professional appearance with a willingness to learn and assist with general office tasks as needed.
You will be responsible for the following:
-greeting guests
-answer/transfer calls
-order office supplies
-setting up conference room for meetings
-distribute incoming mail
-faxing, filing, labeling/packaging
