Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technologies professionals, has an immediate opening for an Oracle Professional Resource.

The candidate selected for this position will be taking Techno-Functional role in Oracle HRMS (Position Control) project. Primary responsibilities include Project planning, functional, technical designs, coding, testing, training and coordinating the project development lifecycle activities.

RequirementsThe candidate must possess the expertise and knowledge to perform the following duties:a. Results oriented professionalb. Must possess excellent Functional and Technical knowledge in Oracle HRMS (Core HRMS) with five (5) years of minimum experiencec. Excellent programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports 6i and XML Publisher in Oracle E-Business Suite. Performance tuning knowledge is desirabled. Experience in Setting up the positions, position control, position transaction, and supervisor hierarchy in a public sector environmente. Experience in Purchasing, Oracle HRMS and Public Sector Budgeting for defining the reporting structures will be a plusf. Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist customers in mapping/gapping their business needs to Oracle and walking them through Conference Room Pilot (CRP).g. Prepare relevant documents for functional design, technical design, Setup and Develop Training Manuals including test plansh. Possess necessary expertise and knowledge to be able to advise customers on best practices according to industry standards including working knowledge of Position Control practices in government entities, particularly IT industry practices, procedures, and policies.i. Know how to set up required security controls, by which relevant data can be restricted for operations

Skill RequirementsGovernment Oracle experience in:a. Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) implementing Oracle Core HRMSb. Develop application design and architecture componentsc. Develop process and functional/technical design documentsd. Coding, testing of the technical components to meet the functional requirementse. Developing the user test plans and conducting the application build, test, and deploy activitiesf. Planning and executing data conversion activitiesg. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycleh. Excellent communication skillsi. Technology evaluation and research skills.
