The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the monthly management of financial

activity including revenue billing, members premium billing, capitation payments,

journal entry preparation, account analysis, month-end reconciliations and preparation of financial reporting tools for two related but separate lines of business. Interfaces and serves as liaison with multiple departments. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, and excellent database skills.  Managed Health Care  knowledge preferred.  Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with knowledge of accounting and a minimum of 4-6 years HMO experience.

Excellent advanced PC and database skills including Excel, Word, Access and SQL; 4-6 years experience in a healthcare setting, (HMO and IPA), Extensive knowledge of capitation and premium billing, Demonstrated ability to work with complex databases, Managed Health Care experience is preferred.
