We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a part-time Marketing Assistant. Position Summary: The part-time Marketing Assistant is a benefits eligible position and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing department. Work hours are 9:00 am to 3:30 pm or 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Functions: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: *Facilitating communications with physicians and clinic managers *Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and reports *Proofing correspondence and reports *Providing general customer service to existing and prospective insureds *Screening department telephone calls *Setting up and maintaining files *Maintaining department record systems *Drafting correspondence and other communications *Preparing data inquires using in-house computer systems Requirements: *High school diploma or equivalent *A minimum of two years experience in office, secretarial, and administrative services *Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) *Exceptional oral and written communication skills *Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-oriented office environment with frequent changes in daily priorities *Experience in insurance and/or medical services and customer relations a plus At Physicians Insurance, you’ll find an exceptional work environment, an impressive benefits package, and the opportunity to work for an industry leader whose programs have a positive impact on the practice of medicine and patient safety.
