This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity for the right candidate This employee will be in charge of establishing schedule for pediatric residents, gather information from different direction and schedule Resident with the need to cover all educational requirements as well as the need for the hospital to have open shifts filled and personal time off consider. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis Extreme attention to details Excellent knowledge of Excel, capability to manipulate and analyze multiple data. Good problem solving skill, a set of mind gear toward solving puzzle Good stress management skills a desire for excellence Head down work.
