Headway Corporate Resources seeking experienced Electronic Engineer Manager for opportunity located in Lexington, TN!

Responsibilities

 New Product Development and Introduction of company’s branded and platform products that meet the marketing objectives of the enterprise in a timely manner,  supports variational design for open market applications, directly support business objectives Optimization, maintenance, and support of existing products to include reliability, cost, producibility, product improvements, and technical support for sourcing, quality, and field service. Leadership and management of Electrical Engineering personnel supporting Lexington regardless of worldwide location. Train and mentor assigned personnel. Responsible for increasing organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering. Electrical, Engineering Mechanics, or equivalent. 7+ years of engineering experience including product design and technical leadership. Experience in product design of electrical machinery.
