DirecPath’s Territory Account Coordinators are responsible for maintaining and growing our current property portfolio. Each coordinator is responsible for a collection of properties. Within their portfolio, they have an array of responsibilities ranging from sales & marketing to customer service to building long term relationships. The team of account coordinators is based out of Atlanta and travels to developing relationships with properties in regions across the Southeast and Southwest. We are looking for individuals looking to learn, have fun, develop new skills and work in a team atmosphere. Each Territory Account Coordinator has an overall goal to develop their territory, support the property management team and grow the DirecPath portfolio overall to reach & maintain a company-wide goal of at least 60% subscriber rate per property. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Each Coordinator will be responsible for a mix of 50 properties that includes an out of state market and an Atlanta market - based on geography. The Atlanta territories divide the city and surrounding areas into three regions. The outlying areas include: Birmingham, the Gulf Coast, North Carolina, South Florida, Jacksonville, Jackson, Memphis, and Texas. Job Objectives: •Monthly visit to each property in surrounding Atlanta area and quarterly visit to out of state properties. These visits will help to ensure growth, dish eradication, growth of non-subs, up-selling current subscriber base, and maintaining relationship with property. •Help to brainstorm and deliver marketing materials in a proactive manner. •Suggest and brainstorm promotions and possible events to boost penetration levels at properties. •Move-Ins: Educate personnel on property of product offerings and pricing so they can accurately present services to new residents. •Bi-Monthly reporting to Manager based on sub reports within territory. •Introduce conversion process and monitor progress. •Updating of events, visits, promotions, and mailers in respective spreadsheets. •Stay abreast of what competition is offering and focus on the needs of property mix •Attend meetings with Manager and OM to be up-to-date on happenings. •Manage issues that arise out of leasing office - get the customer to the right person to resolve and report back to manager of resolution. •Obtain occupancy rates from each property each month •Business Development: Build a rapport with communities and expand growth through leads generated from relationships •Participate in the Audit Process: Reps are going to know the ins/outs of their portfolio and can help the Audit teams along with their processes Benefits: •Employee Rates for medical and dental benefits are paid 100% by DirecPath •Employee Life Insurance of 25,000 provided by DirecPath •Simple IRA Retirement Fund with 3% dollar to dollar match by DirecPath •Salary Range starting at $34,000 (depending on experience) + commission plan •Car reimbursement •Cell phone and computer provided.
