Full Time Position - 9am - 5:30pm (Overtime Available) ********** NEEDED NOW ************ A Customer Service Representative with Graphic Design skills is needed. Ablemark, a T-Shirt / Sign Shop has a proven track record of impressive business growth therefore potential for advancement is very real here. We are a creative source for screen printed garments, signs and promotional products nation wide. The person we are looking for must have a diplomatic mind set, adept at “GETTING ALONG” rather than asserting facts from their own perspective yet positive, energetic, detail oriented, organized and enjoys working with customers. Experienced in Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with well developed writing skills for formal email correspondence with customers around the nation. Previous retail cashier experience helpful. Job Description Qualified Graphic Designer who can continuously type email quotes for customers, take orders, create designs for walk-in customers, order products, create or edit vectored line art, process payments and organize their work flow, all while being interrupted by incoming phone calls and inquiries from the Art Department and the production floor. Mesh with production crew to provide shipping labels. Provide a helpful attitude. Keep track of customer inquiries for embroidery, screen-printing, signs, banners and simple transfer and vinyl shirt orders. We have two buildings working from the same schedule. This Customer Service Representative will also create designs for transfer/vinyl shirt orders for walk-in customers and apply vinyl graphics to garments for both local and shipped orders. This person would also back up our Art Department for various imaging tasks with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Detailed writing / diagramming art descriptions on Invoices Answering phone, price quoting, taking customer orders Working with suppliers on our customer’s orders Working with walk-in customers and cashiering Shipping parcels via UPS online and USPS online Merchandising display materials in the store Designing and producing decorated garments for walk-ins What we are looking for: • Experienced with Adobe Illustrator vectored art • Punctuality is essential, no “issues or drama” • Highly motivated, positive and energetic • Proven track record of multi-tasking • Quality writing skills in emails • Excellent communication skills • A well-organized proficient planner or list maker • Very good computer skills and proficient typing skills • Able to pass a background check What we offer: • True opportunity for advancement • Paid vacation after 1 year • Paid holidays • A fast paced work day • Commute to Marysville
