IAS is taking applications for a Part-time Desktop Publishing Production Assistant in the Graphics Department. THIS IS NOT A DESIGN POSITION. Duties mainly include creating, modifying and updating company forms, using graphics software including Indesign and Quark. Additional duties may include copying, cutting and folding marketing materials, entering jobs into spreadsheet, creating sales orders and purchase orders, supplies, inventory, phone orders and assisting agents/dealerships with graphic requests by phone. Applicant must have HS Diploma and 1 year of office experience, intermediate knowledge of PC systems and software, basic knowledge of copiers, cutting and folding machines and basic desktop publishing skills. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication and proofreading skill, have some legal or insurance related experience and the ability to learn new products and process transactions with consistent quality. Up to 20 hours per week.
