Training Manager Needed Immediately Call Center Environment You will conduct weekly training with approx 6-10 new call reps weekly. You are responsible for teaching them the system and our process. Work with reps ongoing to establish initial goals and schedule. Continually motivate reps to a higher level of performance. Assign trained reps to Regional Manager. $31,200 plus commission (estimated at $93,887) Full Benefits Package including: Medical/Dental Insurance 12 Paid Personal Days annually 7-9 Paid Holidays annually Rapid Advancement Opportunities Full training provided.
