Job Description: HMS Holdings has an immediate opening for a Program Director in our Austin, Texas office. Responsibilities: • Manage revenue recovery engagements and contract budgets for Texas Medicaid • Responsible for all aspects of contracts • Serve as primary client interface with the state Medicaid agency • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction • Work with corporate operations staff to ensure key client deliverables and revenue goals are met • Manage Texas office operations and staff • Coordinate and analyze data • Introduce, negotiate, and implement new projects to expand the scope of the engagement • Responsible for financial analysis and budget development • Develop, create, and present reports and other written communication to the client and internally • Manage activities of subcontractor, marketing partner, and lobbyist • Approximately 20% travel, primarily in Texas Requirements and Qualifications: • 4-5 years related experience with knowledge of Medicaid programs preferred • Prior experience/knowledge of Commercial health insurance, Coordination of benefits, and/or Claims processing • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and organize data using standard database applications • Strong verbal and written communication and relationship building skills • Computer skills to include MS-Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently • Marketing and sales acumen to effectively assess opportunity to expand the scope of work We are proud to offer a wide variety of benefits as part of our overall commitment to the people who make our success possible.
