LARGE SITEWORK CORPORATION SEEKS HIGHLY SKILLED SENIOR ESTIMATOR WHO ALSO HAS THE CAPABILITY OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT. LOCATION IS DOWNRIVER. Must have background in position, and must be skilled with experience in both a public and private bidding market. Position includes, but is not limited to, takeoff analysis, subcontractor bid solicitation and analysis, full capability of estimating a job from start to finish, follow up sales procedures, and contract negotiation. Position also includes involvement with overall project management for various project(s) , overseeing project operations, subcontractors, scheduling and job cost/ budgetary project tracking.
