Seismicom is seeking an Interactive Project Manager/Online Producer to join our team! Seismicom is a brand promotion agency headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York and Argentina. Seismicom has extensive experience in Traditional Sales Promotion, Online Promotions, Direct Marketing, Promotional Advertising, Merchandising, Event Marketing, and Sponsorship Consulting. The Interactive Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from inception to launch, and for providing ongoing support. This includes ensuring that all projects are on time and on budget. The ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate effectively with all team members is essential. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, diplomatic and has meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities:· Manage all aspects of project development, including budget and timeline· Manage communication between all teams · Ability to manage several projects simultaneously· Build, maintain and update the project plan· Gather requirements; draft and update technical specifications documents· Manage outside vendors, as necessary· Review all deliverables in advance of client presentations· Manage internal project review and feedback· Negotiate major milestones with internal teams and outside vendors· Track progress of specific tasks and milestones on the project plan, and develop contingency plans as necessary Qualifications: - 2-4 years interactive project management experience, agency experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Excellent organizational skills and decision making skills
- Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines across teams
- Previous experience managing outside vendors
