Seismicom is seeking an Interactive Art Director to join our team! Seismicom is a brand promotion agency headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York and Argentina. Seismicom has extensive experience in Traditional Sales Promotion, Online Promotions, Direct Marketing, Promotional Advertising, Merchandising, Event Marketing, and Sponsorship Consulting. An Interactive Art Director will report to the Interactive Creative Director and will collaborate with the creative, production, account, and client teams to create and guide engaging email marketing campaigns, promotional microsites, Flash-based product demos, and animated banner ads.Responsibilities: - Participate in client presentations
- Create unique assets and environments for interactive applications as determined by functional specifications and communication objectives
- Prototype and generate designs under project timelines, scope and budget
- Assist with development of user interface for interactive applications along with improvements to existing applications
Requirements:· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or related degree · 3 to 5 years experience in interactive design, agency experience preferred · Must have online portfolio demonstrating strong design, typography, and sensory development skills as well as a competency with interactive environments involving a combination of media and smart overall usability· Must have samples of past project documentation including storyboards, wire frames and site maps· High level of comfort with interactive technologies, technical concepts, and the constraints they impose on design/marketing· Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills, technologies and software· Excellent time/project management, communication, and presentation skills · Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting budgets and juggling multiple projects and deadlines · Mastery of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flask and MS Office Seismicom offers an entrepreneurial spirit, casual and friendly work environment.
