Family owned business located in Seattle is looking for a receptionist and administrative assistant to help our busy office environment. Requirements include: Minimum of High School or GED Degree; good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of computer software programs and applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Excel; must be able to execute, report, and complete assigned projects. Duties include: Greet guests and offer beverages; appointment setting and confirmations; coordinating travel arrangements; track expense reports; send emails and memos as necessary; filing documents; take minutes at meetings and email it to appropriate personnel.
