Part time job providing administrative support for a busy sales rep office in Lynnwood WA. Initial offerring is for 7 hours a week with possibility of increasing the time. Responsibilities include: - Orgainzing office systems - Appointments and scheduling - Filing, copying and gathering information - Answering calls, taking messages - Entering training information on MS Word - Answering and sending informational e mails - Updating customer lists - Customer care calls - Inventory - Preparing mailings Qualifications required: - Good customer relations skills - Office organizaiton skills - Computer communications skills Please be honest, smart, friendly and responsible. This is a part time job with some training and potential for growth.
