Immediate opening for a full time leasing agent in Bellevue. Piedmont Apartments is looking for a full time leasing agent to join our team. The right person will be detailed, professional, have great time management abilities, exceptional customer service skills, be computer savvy, sales driven and likes work in a team environment. We are professionally managed by HSC Real Estate and offer many perks to our employees such as 401k, insurance, paid vacation and sick time. The position is hourly plus commission which is determined upon your experience. We are looking for someone with experience, but will consider those with a solid sales background. Our community is just under 400 units and there is lots of room to grow within our community and in HSC. If you are a leasing agent now don’t consider this a lateral move! We are such a large community that your duties, responsibilities and activities vary regularly. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The days off are Thursday and Friday.
