A Payroll Specialist with experience using ADP is needed for a Seattle based high tech company. This person will be responsible for processing payroll for 300+ employees, both hourly and salaried on a bi-weekly basis. The ideal candidate should also have experience booking journal entries, reconciling the payroll to the general ledger and processing employee stock options. This person should also have 3+ years of experience using ADP. Some exposure to accounts payable is also preferred.
