Senior Accountant Location: Seattle Industry: Real Estate Requirements: Our client a property management company has an immediate need for a high level Senior Accountant. This person must be detail-oriented, understands equity and investment balances (consolidation/purchase accounting) and have 5+ year of experience in accounting. Bachelors degree in accounting required, CPA a plus. Description: The Interim Senior Accountant will be responsible for reconciling the dissolution of a joint venture that occurred through the purchase of one of the parties minority interest. There will be reconciliations of account balances (from cash and AR to equity and investment), and setting up new schedules to demonstrate the elimination of the project.
