Starting salary $11.30 per hour. Great benefits! We are looking for someone who can deliver stellar customer service to senior citizens while conducting financial assessments to determine eligibility for housing in non-profit Government financed properties. More than anything, serious candidates should exhibit an enthusiastic, energetic, positive demeanor. This work calls for someone who is personable, eager to learn, can thrive in a team setting, has excellent computer aptitudes, and can concentrate on a large volume of very precise paperwork for hours at a time. Familiarity with Section 8 or MSHDA housing programs is a plus, but neither of these is required. We will train the right person who brings a good measure of zeal, a strong work ethic, team spirit, and an innate sense of organization and attention to detail. You will be based in West Bloomfield, but will be commuting to Oak Park one to two days per week, so reliable transportation is important. If you have a cheerful demeanor but can also do very careful, meticulous paper and computer work for long stretches of time, please forward your resume.
