We seek a part time administrative assistant with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as excellent telephone and communication skills. Applicant must be a self starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to our real estate realted work. We manage rental properties and help buyers and sellers for Real estate. Our office is in Marietta on Sandy plains/Piedmont Rd. Responsibilities include assistance with the preparation of tenant statements, posting tenant payments, paying bills, filing, making collection calls, handling tenant correspondence and coordinating maintenance requests &Property Search. The ideal candidate would be available to work 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2 to 3 days a week. Compensation: $10 Per hour
