This full time Position is for a start up business in Midtown West Design district. The business is a multi dealer showroom with focus on Art and Antiques, Interior Design and Green living. We are looking for individuals that are reliable and willing to grow with the company. Pay is hourly rate plus commission. Qualifications, Independent, detail oriented and good organizational skills Must have sales, customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio) Able to multi task in stressful situations. Creative and effective problem solver Experience in merchandise display and interior design is HIGHLY DESIRABLE. Maintain professional appearance in accordance with business casual dress code Job responsibilities include, Open and close premises Initial contact with customers and dealers Process manual and internet sale Track small volume inventory for the multiple dealers Answer, screen and transfer telephone calls and schedule appointments Coordinate events such as sales and open houses Create monthly accounting reports Compose and respond to emails Filing and general office tasks Candidates must have a clean record. Back ground check will be performed before hiring Professional references required .Job hours are 10:00am – 6:00pm. Compensation: Hourly rate plus commission
