Part-Time Event Manager at Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheater (Lakewood Amphitheater) Are you a motivated self starter, who can lead a team to their maximum potential? Looking to join a growing company with excellent potential for advancement? Canvas Corporation is looking for Event Managers to oversee our team of Vendors at Major Concerts & Sporting Events. Canvas Corporation is the Leader in vending concessions at concert & sporting events. We are currently expanding and seeking experienced, entrepreneurial managers to take responsibility for this challenging, high profile position. As an Event Manager, you will be the leader of a sales team, responsible for the performance and results of our events. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure that every staff member provides the highest level of customer service. * Motivate the sales team to reach and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Take pride and responsibility for overall sales and financial performance of your territories * Inspire others with enthusiasm and positive energy and set a comfortable environment for all staff. * Manage all phases of event operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through focusing on key business initiatives, staff presentation, inventory management, customer service, loss prevention and daily operational cost control. Requirements: *Flexible schedule, transportation and travel ability. *Proficient organizational skills, cash handling experience, and access to internet. * Own Laptop and proficiency with Microsoft Excel a Plus!!! Compensation is paid hourly
