APS is seeking experienced Assistant Apartment Managers and/or Assistant Property Managers. This position will typically report directly to the Apartment/Property Manager. In addition to performing various tasks assigned by a Property Manager, responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include but are not limited to the following: Timely Collection of Rent, Making Daily Money Deposits, Book Keeping, Leasing and Marketing Greeting Prospective Tenants, Handling Telephone Inquiries, Showing Apartments, Processing Applications , Renewals and Follow-up, Resolving Resident Issues and Coordinate Property Maintenance Requirements Ability to multi-task, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Outstanding organizational and communication skills , Computer skills including MS Office, Rent Roll, Yardi, AMSI or other property management software, Strong sense of teamwork, accuracy and dependability, Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of Property Manager Compensation: On experience
