JOB TITLE: Office Manager

Northwest Center Child Development Program, an inclusive childcare program serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years, is now looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our team. In addition to providing administrative support to the Director and staff of the Child Development Program, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Organization, creation, and distribution of various internal documents
  • Order and maintain office and other program related supplies
  • Assist with billing and other fiscal responsibilities as needed
  • Respond to inquires, from parents and others, regarding program related issues
  • Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Director
We are looking for a hard working and customer service oriented professional who has demonstrated success in an ever changing work environment. Other qualifications include:
  • 1-2 year experience in an Office Manager role
  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook a must
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
