Position: Executive Assistant – Latin American Division The Pacific Institute Project Summary: Founded in 1971 by Lou Tice and Diane Tice, The Pacific Institute is an international corporation specializing in performance improvement and professional growth, change management and leadership development. The Latin American Division is currently working with clients in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru and quickly expanding throughout Central and South America. Position Summary: Executive Assistant – Latin American Division The person in this position will work under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Latin American Division, in a wide range of administrative and operational functions supporting the Latin American Team. Essential Job Functions: Provide daily administrative functions for the Latin American Team Assist in marketing communication Set-up appointments, make travel arrangements and coordinate schedules Skills: Spoken and written Spanish proficiency for professional correspondence and work with staff and clients abroad Excellent computer skills including use of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail Strong organizational and administrative skills, including task and time management, interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment Ability to set priorities and perform multiple activities with a high level of accuracy, responding to the specific needs of the multiple projects of the team Flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment Team Values: - Confidentiality - Lead with your heart - Enthusiastic about working for a team - Other people focused - Desire to learn, and continually better self and others - Listen - A strong sense of purpose, purposeful - Flexible - Pro-active - Option Thinker - Authentic - Respectful - Passionate Interested applicants should e-mail resume and cover letter to Barbie Seifert at bseifert@pac-inst.com.
