" This individual will be responsible for helping to train financial services professionals at leading securities firms and banks. This position requires a high-energy, committed teacher who has a desire to learn and teach new concepts, enjoys helping adults learn, is capable of working in a fast paced environment, and is a strong team player. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Training - Conduct live and Web-based training tutorials of our Exam Prep materials - Respond to basic student inquiries via phone/e-mail - Refer other questions to appropriate course trainer - Contact students to gather feedback on our content and how it can be improved - Check the content email inbox and discussion boards on a daily basis and respond appropriately to resolve any issues 2. Content Development - Research rules and regulations as directed - Identify and/or locate content areas that require updating or correcting - Draft content changes for review by course trainer - Proof developed content, check cross references, and format Word files as directed - Develop outlines for proposed courses - Draft new course content for review by course trainer and instructional designer Required Skills: - Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Series 7 license (other licenses a plus) - Compliance experience in the financial securities field a strong plus"
