EMERALD CITY LENDING GROUP, LLC IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL MANAGER/RECRUITER We are a net branch for Commercial Capital, Ltd. We have access to more than 100 lenders nation wide, with awesome products. While residential is cooling off, commercial is HOT! The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience closing commercial loans. The ability to prospect for leads and follow up on company provided leads, is essential. The Applicant must be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to recruit and train other commercial executives, for which they will be paid an override. Licensing for originating commercial loans is not required. However, we do have residential and construction programs available for applicants who have met, (or are willing to meet) the licensing requirements.
