My client, a multi-billion dollar, International, publicly traded company is looking for a talented Plant Manager. If you have 8+ years of management level experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment and you are looking to work for an industry leader, this could be the opportunity you are searching for. We are looking for a take charge, ideas type individual. Direct plant operations, quality, safety and continuous improvement. Continuously build on the culture using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards. Provide leadership for problem resolution and foster team building. Requirements/Education & Certification: Bachelor of Science Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing techniques. Proven track record of mentoring, coaching and developing teams.
