Reliability Methods POF/Traditional, Finite Element Analysis, Testing Accelerated/Environmental, Risk and Failure analysis. Applicant will function as a Reliability expert in Product development teams and able to own/drive all Product Reliability issues. Minimum of 3 years experience required. More experience and familiarity with **Physics of Failure** (POF) and Traditional Reliability approaches is a plus. Job function includes but not limited to: Development/review of product reliability specification, Plan, procedure etc Guide/provide input to FEA analysis simulating failures using CAD models. Conducting FMEA for product and process Guide design of Text Fixtures needed for Reliability testing Manage/oversee reliability testing to ensure methodology, procedure etc Perform **Failure Analysis** and **Root Cause Identification** 3-5 years in reliability engineering of electronics/electrical products using highly accelerated methodologies. Education: Bachelor degree in one of the following ** Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Material science, Physics
