Liberty Financial Group has an outstanding opening for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator position at its corporate office located in Bellevue, WA (Hours: 8am to 5pm M-F). The individual we seek will have an upbeat personality and a can-do-attitude w/ a sincere drive to assist his/her clients (both internal and external) meet their needs with impeccable customer service and an everlasting smile. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task & willingness to work on various projects within a fast paced environment. Position Responsibilities: • Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner • Welcome clients, divisional visitors, suppliers, by offering greeting, beverage, building information, etc. • Order supplies for the facility as needed, within guidelines provided • Assist with meeting set-up/pick-up of food and beverages • Sort and deliver mail once daily • Maintain phone directory and email to applicable staff • Work on support projects assigned by various departments within the Company • Additional support duties as needed Position Qualifications: A. Education/Experience: • At least 1 year of College • At least 2 years working experience in a fast pace office environment • Customer service background & Multi-line Telephone experience a MUST B. Language, Mathematical and Technical Skills: • Must have outstanding communication skills. Ability to write general business correspondence.
