CFS, an affiliate of RSM McGladrey CPA firm is partnering with our client to staff a Accounts Payable position need. This opportunity can start immediately. ABOUT THE COMPANY: A Seattle based company is searching for a new Accounts Payable team member. They are seeking a person with the skills and enthusiasm to help raise the bar for excellence in the industry and. A friendly disposition and a work hard play hard attitude are a must! JOB OVERVIEW: Tasks will include (but are not limited to): update excel spreadsheets, maintain cash requirements reports, respond to vendor inquiries, create month end and journal entries, enter and process A/P invoices, do month end close process for A/P and research items as needed. This position works closely with other departments and team members to resolve invoice payments and discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be a professional individual with a positive attitude and outstanding attention to detail. and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: •Experience with full cycle corporate accounts payable work. •Excellent keyboarding skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word). • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to meet deadlines • Individual must be a team-oriented self-starter. • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Regular and predictable attendance • AA degree in Accounting or related field a plus Please submit your resume to corinne.cavanaugh@rsmi.com for consideration.
