They have been in business for the past 80 years.... producing record profit this company has shown consistent growth throughout their entire time of business. - They are in search of a Management Trainee to join their ever growing team to work out of their Taylor, MI regional office. Extensive on the job training is provided and our client promotes from within based on individual initiative and proven performance. Approximately 85% of all Upper Level Management started in the Trainee program. As a member of the team you will be given significant training and ample opportunity for personal growth and advancement. - This is a grass roots training program that begins exposing you to manufacturing and distribution, followed by a promotion to inside sales, followed by an outside sales role, and then on to management. This is a very long-term career path, and promotions are completely driven by your work-ethic and drive to exceed goals. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- **REQUIREMENTS** - Successful candidate must possess a combination of the following: Strong sales interest, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, desire to learn, high energy and initiative, team player, enthusiastic, confident, motivated and goal oriented - Bachelors Degree is required - Experience is not required.
