The position is full time, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. The following list are the responsibilities required for the position. It is not comprehensive or complete. 1. Develop and maintain office forms and procedures and assist with administrative tasks. 2. Operate office machines such as copier, typewriter, fax machine and pc. 3. Prepare outgoing mail. 4. Compose type and edit correspondence reports, memoranda, and other material. 5. Stock paper and supplies in common areas as needed. 6. Provides back up support to Administrative staff. 7. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities. 8. Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines. 9. Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment. 10. Perform accounting and bookkeeping. 11. Triage messages, mail, account payables, and guests. Job requirements: This job requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience. Specific requirements: This job has some special requirements. You must be bondable, pass an employment test and undergo a reference or security check. Additional requirements: A college degree is preferred. Candidate must have a delightful personality and a strong work ethic. Also, the candidate must be able to work independently. Candidate must have supervisory experience. Finally, the candidate must be well experienced with computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer, Quickbooks, etc.
