We need tutors for all subjects and ages throughout Atlanta, but we are especially motivated to find qualified tutors to help high school students prepare for their SAT and ACT tests in East Cobb and North Fulton counties. Out tutoring service is typically provided one-on-one in the student's home. Teaching the SAT is not as easy as some tutors might think. Qualifications would include having been trained as an SAT prep teacher, or having scored 675+ on the math or reading sections of your own SAT and be willing to train yourself using materials we will provide. We always provide you with a good SAT Prep workbook to use with each client. We are currently paying $25-30/hr for tutors depending on your experience and availability to drive to the places we need. With very few exceptions, we need you to have a minimum qualification of a four-year college degree plus tutoring experience. Who are we? In-Home Tutors of Atlanta (www.inhometutors.com) is a 6-year old company that has served about 1600 Atlanta-area students since 2002. We treat our tutors well, no need for you to collect money or deal with a lot of paperwork. Just report your hours online and we pay you every two weeks as a 1099 contractor, no taxes taken out.
