Peninsula College is seeking an experienced professional with proven administrative and organizational skills to provide support to the Vice President for Administrative Services. The candidates best suited to this position will be enthusiastic, energetic, organized, possess a good sense of humor, welcome new challenges, and seek new opportunities to increase knowledge and skills. The Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison for the Vice President in communicating with campus staff, contracts, architects, and other external contacts; assist with managing capital and operating budgets; and assist in the management of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience as an assistant to an executive level position, expertise in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with budget management.
