It is our vision to be the premier Anatomic Pathology organization in the region…and beyond History In October 2005, three prominent pathology groups merged to provide superior diagnostic services to physicians and patients throughout Western Washington. Associated Each group brought over 40 years of experience and expertise, their combined forces creating Centers of Excellence and expertise in over twenty different sub-specialties. Position Our facility in Olympia, which is inside Providence St Peter Hospital, needs a full time, receptionist for our busy pathology lab. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. • Six months clerical experience with excellent customer service skills • Able to exercise good judgment when handling sensitive or confidential situations or materials • Answer phones promptly and courteously • Distribution of printed reports • Faxing reports on request • Ability to multi-task • Accurate keyboarding skills • Ability to learn our pathology software • Strong knowledge of Outlook • Pleasant and professional demeanor • Team player • Punctuality and good attendance • Medical experience and terminology desired • Must be able to pass a drug test and felony criminal history background check Our outstanding benefits package includes • Medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage paid 100% for the employee • Medical, vision and prescription coverage paid at 50% for all dependents • Healthcare goes into effect the first of the month after starting • Annual bonus • 401k plan with a $ for $ match up to 3% plus a $.50 on the dollar match up to 5% with an additional quarterly profit sharing contribution • 100 Performance Shares upon starting • 3 weeks paid time off earned in first year • 7 paid holidays • Company paid life insurance and long term disability • Transportation subsidies • And more!
