Please apply in person, or email us at employment@americanfast.com Apply at 901 Alexander Ave Tacoma, WA 98421 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for skeletonization of freight bills prior to receiving, printing labels, and providing drivers with docking information. * Scanning all received freight bills into the Digital Imager. Entry of all received, scanned freight bills into the Entry Screen. DE Audit: verifying all information entered into the Entry Screen is operationally correct. * Occasional projects as assigned by supervisor or manager. Experience: * Ability to type a minimum of (35) words per minute * Knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word operating systems * Minimum of (1) year experience monitoring multi-phone answering systems
