Growing Asphalt Maintenance company looking to hire a long-term employee who has core competencies in office administration that include: Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables in Quickbooks Pro, generate quotes, collect and manage time cards and project data from field teams. This employee will also be responsible for internal and external communications which will include answering phones, composing memos and letters as well as other duties that would be common for the position as directed by the supervisors.
