Special Invite, an event planning and management company, is in need of a “Personal Assistant” to assist the owner with the day to day operations. This could be either a part-time or full-time position. The ideal candidate will have: •Experience working in a fast-paced environment •Event planning or management experience preferred •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote) •Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Primary Duties: •Manage calendar and daily scheduling of Special Invite staff •Seek new vendor partnerships •Compose business letters, e-mails, memos and other correspondence •Manage multiple projects and provide follow-up in a timely manner •Arrange travel schedule as requested - Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international •This position does include some human resources task Qualifications •Proficiency in MS Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher •Outstanding organizational and time-management skills •Strong interpersonal skills •Excellent written and verbal skills •Professional appearance and demeanor •Reliable transportation Compensation: Please submit salary requirements
