CJPS Enterprises, LLC, a global hands-on consulting firm that specializes in facilitating breakthrough growth for healthcare companies, is looking for an energetic Research Analyst. This position requires deep technical and functional understanding in the field of health care. Responsibilities of this job include: • Conduct research and collect/analyze data • Evaluate and interpret collected data, and prepare written reports and/or oral presentations • Play an active role in the problem solving aspect of engagements • Complete project tasks within scope and budget • Lead activities on small and large client engagements at prominent health care organizations • Anticipate issues and recommend solutions • Work directly with clients to achieve project milestones • Participate in client and internal presentations • Manage day-to-day client relationships • Manage the development of quality project deliverables • Help pursue leads • Participate in the development of a consulting practice The ideal candidate must have the following: • 5-7 years total experience with consulting firm, or within the health care provider organizations • Solid background in large-scale health care supply chain cost reduction • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Master’s and/or clinical experience
