Austin, Texas Engineering firm seeks mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical building systems Designer/Engineer. Experience a plus, but can fit position from entry level designer/Engineer to Senior Engineer. Firm specializes MEP/HVAC design arena with experience in a variety of facilities (Hospitals/Healthcare and Laboratories/Vivariums, Schools, Central Plants, etc.). Energy Conservation and Sustainability/LEED are a part of every project. Systems to be designed include a variety of plumbing/piping systems: cold water; hot water; sanitary; vent; storm; acid waste; steam; fire protection; medical gases (vacuum, nitrogen, air, oxygen, etc.). AutoCad drafting experience a must, 3D (ACAD Building Systems or Revit) a big plus. Field or troubleshooting experience, Master or Journeyman mechanical license a plus. E.I.T. or P.E. acceptable, but not required. Our firm is very involved in giving back to the Engineering Community, as we are active participants in ASHRAE and various other local Charities.
