This North Austin client is one of our favorite clients to represent we've placed around 10 individuals with them. They are mid-sized and have four locations including an office here in Austin that has around 125 employees. Their corporate office is located in CA and they also have a European office. They are stable and have been in business for over 10 years. It’s rumored they will be going public soon so this could be your chance to get hired with them & receive shares before the IPO! Their SW product is in the Business Analytics, (BA) space and they are industry leaders in what they do. Their clients include Home Depot, Victoria Secret & Nordstrom just to name a few. Their culture is somewhat that of a “mature” start-up. They don’t have the instability but have the energy! They’re somewhat in their 2nd round of “structuring” their organization & adding more structure as they grow. Your ideas to help them in this matter will be greatly appreciated! Client benefits are outstanding & start day one. Job Overview: In the Client Services Group, you would be working as a Training Specialist. Responsibilities include working with their retail, travel, and financial services clients to deliver value & knowledge surrounding business analytics solutions. As part of your mission on the Client Education team, you will help drive user adoption among our diverse client base. The Trainer is responsible for assessing technical training needs; delivery of instructor-led training; and developing & conducting training programs on technical software. Ideal Candidate Description: Ideal candidates will be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals. A successful candidate will be a motivated professional with excellent project management, presentation, and writing skills. You will also be able to grow positive working relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels. You will be extremely proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: · Deliver on-site client training sessions · Collaborate with Client Education team, clients, and subject matter experts to create training programs to meet client specific business needs · Assist in the design and implementation of projects to improve training and learning by establishing standards, performing up-front needs assessments and implementing the appropriate level of evaluation strategy · Provide high client focus, ability and willingness to add value to client relationship MUSTS: · 30-50% travel required conducting training at client locations; individual may be required to travel to multiple cities within any given week. · Training Experience & Technical Aptitude · Excellent customer service, presentation and writing skills. Must be comfortable interacting with Fortune 500 companies. · Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution. · The ability to learn quickly. You will have to become an expert on the product in a short amount of time. · Experience in facilitation of large and small groups, including identifying individual skill gaps and learning needs · Ability to work independently · The ability to coordinate all aspects of training at a customer site to include managing travel plans and ensuring classroom environments meet technical and learning minimums This is an IMMEDIATE need & we’d like to have the position filled by next week.
