We are currently looking for an Order Processing/Entry Manager for a fast growing, high-tech company. Responsibities: -Oversees and helps process customer orders within internal guidelines. -Handles order processing issues (technical/product) -Assists OE team to verify revenue recognition dates before order entry. -Verifies OE department compliance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines. -Secures approval from upper management in order to resolve orders with exceptions. (pricing, product issues) -Verifies invoice accuracy, and responsible for product fulfillment and invoice delivery -Conducts weekly audits within the OE team to verify accuracy. -Assists with order research as required by Accounting Department. -Responsible for resource allocation and managing PTO time for team members. -Ensures that customer accounts are current (licenses and maintenance based on recent orders). -Performs other administrative support duties as requested
