Staffmark is currently seeking motivated bilingual english/spanish individuals with strong work ethic to work for a very prominent South Austin employer. Temp-to-Hire position is customer service based, and work schedules range anywhere between the hours of 7AM & 9PM Mon-Fri. Immediate MEDICAL benefits (including dental & vision), 401K, and PAID training! RESPONSIBILITIES: Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Provides callers with information to assist with application and eligibility requirements. Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provider data elements within customer’s application. Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions. Assists customers in the enrollment process. Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, or equivalent certification. Must type minimum 35WPM. Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience. Call Center experience highly preferred, health care or human service experience a plus. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously. Compensation: $11.04 - 11.54 hourly
