Front Office Associate wanted for our 43 room Boutique Hotel overlooking Lake Travis. Vintage Villas Hotel & Events is a hotel and event center located off of RR 620 about a mile from Mansfield Dam. Vintage Villas Hotel is know for its deal wedding setting, corporate meeting facility, romantic guest rooms and Oasis like sunset views. The position needed will report directly to the Front Office Manager. Evening shift/hours approximately 4:00pm-12:00a.m. Duties and Responsibilities: >Answer phones, check guests in and out and assist with hotel reservations >Assist guest and insure guest satisfaction >Assist Front Office Manager in general office duties The ideal person is a multi-tasker who is outgoing, warm and friendly and enjoys meeting new people.
